Thanks guys! I used OPI’s Lady in Black for the background and combination of nail art lacquers – Mia Secret, Art Club, Amuse and CM – for the characters, painting them in white first then with neon colours and finishing with OPI’s RapiDry TopCoat. It took me about about 1 and 1/2 hours!
Those are the most awesome nails every! That must have taken forever!
